Some folks seem to think the law applies only to "legal tobacco" .... Umm ... It is not so.  Besides  there not being any classic tobacco smoke / odor to cover up the sometimes foreign and obvious smells of such tobaccos. It is even more illegal then the standards.  Surprised?  I hope not.  It is common sense really.

As for the health of everyone this is obviously a wonderful law.  However, as the responsibility to enforce it fundamentally falls upon us and you.  Which can sometimes be a pain.  So when you are visiting the North Star please be helpful and smoke outside near the provided ashtrays...  And please respect our neighbors and keep the conversation at a quiet tone.
